Knapios – Shipping Policy (Kickstarter Launch)

Knapios products are initially offered through a limited Kickstarter launch.

By supporting this campaign, you are participating in a crowdfunding project, not a standard retail purchase.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be clearly communicated during the Kickstarter campaign and added to your pledge where applicable.

Delivery Timeline
Each garment is produced in small batches following the campaign.
Estimated delivery timelines will be provided on the Kickstarter page. Please note that timelines may vary due to the nature of small-batch production.

Order Processing
Production will begin after the successful completion of the Kickstarter campaign. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.

No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of this launch, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@knapios.com.
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
