Knapios – Return & Refund Policy (Kickstarter Launch)

Knapios products are initially offered through a limited Kickstarter launch.

By supporting this launch, you are participating in a crowdfunding campaign, not a traditional retail purchase. Your pledge directly contributes to the production of your garment.

No Refunds During Campaign
All pledges made via Kickstarter are final and non-refundable, in accordance with Kickstarter’s platform guidelines.

Production & Delivery
Each piece is produced in small batches following the campaign. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. By pledging, you acknowledge and accept this process.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@knapios.com.
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Sizing & Fit
We recommend reviewing sizing details carefully before pledging. As this is a limited production run, we may not be able to offer exchanges or adjustments.

After Kickstarter
Once Knapios transitions to standard retail, a separate returns and refunds policy will apply.
